It is with immense pleasure that we invite you to the 46th National Conference of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics. Welcome to Bangalore , the garden city that is also the fashion capital of India and India 's Silicon Valley . The fifth largest city in the country, home to over six million, famous for its parks, its pubs and its culture of swalpa adjust maadi, tat simply means that you are invited to become a part of a tolerant and peace-loving community. Bangalore is a paradise for the flower and fruit lover, for the silk and software enthusiast. The culture tourists among you need to travel only a little farther, to sample the heritage sites, steeped in history, as you make the city your base.
Well connected by road, rail and airline, the city has visitors in hordes from national and international destinations. Hospitality of the Bangalorean has always been legendary.
Having successfully hosted events such as three national conferences, many sub specialty conferences and one IAP-AAP international conference recently, the IAP Bangalore branch is proud to co-host this mega event. The academic standards have been set high, as has the delectable cuisine. We hope to best in this coming conference!
