Authors reply: Last month's diagnostic dilemma of large cystic swelling in the abdomen. The cystic swelling was a palpable bladder.

Romano-Ward Syndrome in a Family With Index Case Presenting as Cardiac Asystole Rajniti Prasad, O P Mishra, Narendra Reddy, Mahendra N SinghRomano-ward syndrome is an autosomal dominant disorder characterized by prolonged QT interval, which may present with cardiac events such as syncope, cardiac arrest and sudden death in healthy children. Read about an index child presenting as cardiac asystole, who had survived with cardiopulmonary resuscitation and is symptom free on Atenolol therapy.

Sudden Increase in the Size of Scalp Swelling: A Sign of Underlying Extradural Haematoma. Amit Agrawal, Akshay Pratap, Anand Kumar, Siddhartha Kumar It has been reported that there may be sudden increase in the size of epicranial hematoma over a linear skull fracture secondary to the decompression of the acute extradural hematoma into the epicranial region through the fracture line. In present case underlying extradural hematoma could be recognized when child developed sudden increase in the scalp swelling and investigated with the CT scan.
