Colour Doppler did not show any collaterals initially but repeat colour doppler by the same sonologist after 5 days showed presence of portal cavernoma. Query:An 8 month old boy presented with multiple episodes of generalized tonic clonic convulsions On examination he had right sided hemiplegia without any cranial nerve involvement. What is the cause of the hemiplegia and where is the CNS lesion?
