Query:: A 14 month old boy presented with cough and difficulty in breathing, seborrheic dermatitis, hepatomegaly and multiple hospitalizations in past for recurrent respiratory tract infections Chest X-Ray shows bilateral interstitial pneumonitis.... What is the diagnosis ? How to investigate further?
