my daughter has been puking since the day she was born. she will be three years old next month. in fact she puked in the hospital the first day she was born. i have told her doctor right along that she pukes all the time but now she is finally doing something about it. is it true that the cillia?? will be rotted away from all the puking. My daughter is having an uppper gi in a few days, will that tell us what is wrong? please respond

Dear sir , what is the latest / updated /evidenced based management protocol for Duodenal ulcer in an adolesent child , Pl specifically highlight indications for surgery . exclude conditons like perforation or an active open bleeder caught open in cicratrised tissue due to chronicity .Is there something as failure of conservative mangemnt - necessciating surgery. what is the maximum period Rantidine and omeprazole group of drugs are to be given trial . thanks Dr ( Lt Col )Alok Dubey

My nephew 1 yr old FTND HAD RECEIVED exclusive breast feeding for 5mth ,now having vommiting immediately after taking feedfor last 1mth , he is diagnosed having ,GERD, the medical management is not benefitting please inform me the any newer management medical or about surgical mgt.
