Dr,I have a child with sudden onset of increased sensation and pain over the right lower limb.the is no other autonomic changes but the child will scream of pain with the slightest grace with cotton wool/MRI spine came back as normal. no muslce wastign but we are unablwe to rule out myositis clinically because slightest touch will cause unbearable pain.LDH normal.ESR normal what could be differential diagnosis
