Your doctor will the best guide to decide how long the medicine needs to be given. Since stopping the inhaler leads to symptoms, it is quite unlikely that the medicine may be stopped now. Precaution is to rinse the mouth properly after the inhaler as deposition of the medicine in the mouth can lead to fungal infection. The inhaler should not lead to dental problems.
