I m from pakistan, i had a boy baby threee months ago. his apgor score was 7. he didnt cry for 10-12 minutes. Doctor suggested mild asphexia...? he was treated with Ferobasin injection & with antibiotcs for 4 days. now after 3 months physically he is well, but he is not supporting his head & other body parts properly.And gives less response... as his age mates do. now Dr keep him on tab. di-hydan (phenytoin). I m worried about him . pleaes suggest me what i ve to do? is this conditions are cureable or not? fi not what u suggest me about this?

Due to the asphyxia at birth, he may have suffered some amount of brain damage as a result of which his miletones are delayed.
