please give me criteria for saying SOME and SEVERE dehydration as a lot of books and manuals have confused me with a lot of criterias.

WHO criteria:
SEVERE DEHYDRATION:
Two of the following signs:
- Lethargic or unconscious
- Not able to drink or drinking poorly
- Sunken eyes
- Skin pinch goes back very slowly

Some dehydration:
Two of the following signs:
- Restless, irritable
- Sunken eyes
- Drinks eagerly, thirsty
- Skin pinch goes back slowly
