The dose of all medications depends on the weight of the child. Enalapril is given in the dose of 0.2mg/kg/day. Spironolactone is given in the dose of 3-6mg/kg/day and Aspirin in the dose of 3-5mg/kg/day (It is given in high doses such as 100mg/kg/day in few inflammatory conditions)
