15y old female ,epileptic for 10y.She is on double therapy,tegretol 800mg+clonazepam 2mg/day.FH is +ve for epilepsy&MR.No dramatic responce to that treatment,,...what to do...?CAT scan is -ve..

An EEG and MRI is required to determine the type of epilepsy. Also One needs to know the type of convulsion. Depending on all these one may have to give other ACTs.
