4 days young normally deliverd-cryed immediately after 2nd in birth order neonate to ANC Reg. mother having persisitant 102 degree celcius fever since day 2 of life. Maternal history of intermediate white per vaginal dischare during ANC for which due treatment taken & no other problems where faced.on phsical finding= no refusal of feeed-taking adequate frequent breast feeds,normal voidings,no convulsion, no any abnormal features or rash. on investigations Hb-17.9,total leuko-10800,poly-67,lymp-30,eo-7,mono-2,Platlets-210000,CRP 2.6,sgpt-17.8,CREAT-1.6. on treatment with-chloroquine,taxim-sulbactum,paracetamole. insted of which fever not coming down. kindly suggest your valuable guidances for further needful diagnostic & managment purpose as soon as possible
