Since the milestones are normal, one may consider the following D/D:
Pyknodysostosis, Russell-Silver Syndrome, Preterms, Hydrocephalus, Rickets, Congenital rubella, Congenital syphilis, hondroplasia, PEM, Cutis laxa, Hypophosphatasia, Mucopolysaccharidoses.
2. Regarding Rabipur, it is a safe vaccine and would not cause any neurological problems as with the older rabies vaccine.
3. For mesenteric lymphadenitis, one has to find the cause and treat accordingly. Rule out TB, HIV, yersinia and even other viral infections.
