will the side effects of the vaccine increase should an infant receive DPT vaccine and within 15 days receive a combination vaccine along with DPT by mistake?

Answer
No the side effects do not increase. Only the efficacy of the second vaccine will not be as good due to interference with formation of protective antibodies. Hence it recommended to keep a gap of at least 4-6 weeks between 2 vaccines.
