2 month oid baby came to opd clinic with cystic swelling 2×2 at side of BCG baby is well thriving ;unfebrile;noLAP;noaxillary LN swelling;nosweating feeding well baby is complitly well I advice for clean and drainage does baby need antitubercular drug therapy ? with explanation

This may be the usual BCG swelling which may burst and form an ulcer followed by scarring. If the BCG scar forms, no treatment is required. If the ulcer does not heal, then Antituberculous therapy may be required.
