If a baby is partially immunised for Diptheria can he still have diptheria?If yes is disease patten is different?Upto what age diptheria can occur

Yes if a child has received few doses of DPT, he still can develop diphteria as he still may not have developed protective antibodies. Diptheria may be mild in nature in such a case.
Diphtheria can occur even in adults and hence booster is recommended with dT vaccine and not TT vaccine.
