Question
A 5yrs old had a read traffic accident sustained minor injuries five days back .Now developed tetnus . controlled seizures on medication. Just want to know how long i should be giving tetglob?

Answer
Tetglob is to be given only once. However she needs to be given Penicillin for atleast 10 days for treating tetanus. For the spasms, diazepam in high doses may be given.
