There are many paediatric patients who come with recurrent acute abdomen and on ultrasound you find non-obstructive intussuception of small bowel with multiple enlarged mesenteric lymphnodes. Most of the time small bowel intussuception spontaneously rduces and recurs while doing ultrasound. How one should manage these patients?

Enlarged lymph nodes in the intussusception are mainly found in patients with a current or recent history of gastroenteritis and decrease the overall hydrostatic reduction rate.
