Dear Sir, What is the range of dose of Arteether i.e. what is the higher side at which toxicity appears?

Arteether is now known as Artemotil. Studies have found the dose to be 3.2 mg/ kg on day 0 and 1.6 mg/ kg on days 1–4. Acute toxicity data has shown that animals receiving a single high dose of Artemotil in sesame oil died between days 5 and 11.
