Hi my 10 year old daughter have these "every blue moon" nose bleeds or bleeding from her vagina.I took her to the doctor and they said she has not been "touched"(my thinking because she was bleeding from the vagina) and they didn't know what was going on.She has been like this every since she was 1 years old when she started walking.What could this be
Answer
Since she has unprovoked bleeding, rule out a bleeding disorder. Also get her urine examined to rule out bleeding in the urine. Also get her blood pressure tested. You will need to consult a pediatric haematologist for ruling out a bleeding disorder.
