neonatal sepsis ?
In neontal sepsis up to how low plateletes we can wait for transfusion if there is no active bleeding_?

platelet count upto 20,000, cumm
Book says 20000
Issue is hepatosplenomegaly and autoimmune destruction that will not let things improve with repeated transfusion and persistent sepsis
