Ugh! I have a bad breath
Why do we dream?
Hand washing
What is pollution?
How to take care of our teeth?
What is acupunture?
What are hiccups?
What is a fart?
Why do we blink?
Why do I go burpity burp?
Why do I have to take an injection?
Your body is a wise machine
Why do we yawn?
Stitches
Nail biting
Why do we vomit?
UGH! I HAVE A BAD BREATH.
You don't know where to hide and wish fervently that the earth opens up and swallows you up!
What is bad breath?
Bad breath is usually caused by bacteria that grow in the mouth. These bacteria release foul smelling compounds causing your breath to smell. Eating pungent food like onion, garlic may cause your breath to smell bad. Other medical conditions like sinusitis or gum disease may also cause bad breath.
So now how do you prevent bad breath?
First and foremost, brush your teeth properly (see how do we take care of our teeth) and keep your teeth tartar and plaque free. If bad breath still persists, consult your doctor to check for other medical problems.
Using mouth wash, sugar free chewing gum or sucking mints may temporarily help to mask the odor but it will not treat the problem.
So ensure proper cleanliness of teeth
And give your bad breath a good retreat
