We ship to almost all locations in India where there is reach of the Indian Postal Network
How much does Shipping and Delivery cost?
Almost all Orders are delivered to your doorstep. Please append Rs 50 as courier charges for every order of Rs 1000 or below. Rs.50 are charged as Shipping charges for every additional order value of Rs.1000.
Pediatric Oncall Public Areas
Major destinations are serviced by known national courier companies and deliveries normally take 2-7 days after shipping confirmation. You can track the status and location of your parcel after dispatch on the respective courier's website using the parcel's tracking code. Remote locations where there is no coverage by our empanelled couriers get serviced through India Post, a Government of India undertaking. There is NO online tracking currently available for parcels sent by Registered Post or VPP. Delivery through India Post normally takes longer and could extend to more than 2 weeks for some locations and rare situations.
Kindly be patient - inform us if there is an inordinate delay and we will follow up with India Post.
When you place an order, the estimated shipping/dispatch and estimated delivery time will be specified based on the availability of the item, your delivery location and coverage by our empanelled couriers.
There might be inadvertent situations where, there might be a typographical error, or a database error which causes an erroneous price to show on the web site. In these situations, we will reserve the right to process the order, cancel the order or prefer to choose to sell the merchandise at the corrected price.
What is the Pediatric Oncall’s Return Policy?
We will email you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment on your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Item not received past delivery date:
Orders that are sold and fulfilled by us and shipped via a trackable method (such as a courier company) will have tracking information available on your registered email. Please check this information if available and read through the following options:
- If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbours, family members or security guard of your building. Packages are occasionally left with neighbours, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, or your mailbox.
- If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable
- If there is no tracking information or you cannot locate the package and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please e-mail us.
If you receive a damaged, wrong or a defective item please send an email requesting for return along with its reason. Also state your transaction id & upon replacement confirmation from our end send us the item without any hesitation in a proper package. Kindly send it to us via a trusted courier or mail. As soon as we receive the defective item we will send you a fresh replacement. This facility is only for goods bought from us. Return of any defective / damage item should be done within 7 days from the date of the receipt of the shipment to our working office:
