1. PG student should submit a covering letter from the Head of the department. |
| 2. No kit will be issued to the associate delegate. |
| 3. Only registered delegates for conference can register for workshop. |
| 4. All cancellations should be intimated by 31st Oct. Intimation beyond the date will not be considered. |
| 5. Refund will be 50% of the amount paid and will be settled 1 month after the conference. |
