Important Information

Registration fee entitles a delegate to attend the scientific sessions on two days
of the conference, partake of all meals including breakfast, lunch and tea
organised during the conference, receive the conference souvenir and other
literature provided by the conference committee, and take home the certificate
of participation.

The registration receipts must be presented at the registration counter.

The delegate batch must be worn on both days of the conference.

The last date for submission of papers for IAP Neocon Gold
medal award, free papers, and poster is May 25. The covering
letter should clearly mention the category for which the paper is
intended, and the hard copy must be prepared in the manner of
paper paresentation for Indian Pediatrics. The hard copies should
be couriered to the organising secretary, Dr. Sailesh Gupta. The papers intended
for IAP Neocon Gold Medal and free papers should be emailed for selection to
the organising secretary on gupta_shailesh@hotmail.com. These will be further
distributed to designated judges for appraisal and selection.

Three papers will be selected for Neocon Gold medal award presentation and
the rest (six papers) will be presented as free papers, in order of
selection. All remainder submissions will be presented as
posters. Presenters will be informed latest by June 1, 2008
about the selection.
