A 9 years old boy presented with swelling in right elbow which was increasing since past 5 months. He had been treated with antituberculous therapy {ATT} for 6 months but the swelling persisted. A biopsy was done that did not show any acid fast bacilli {AFB} and histopathology was suggestive of reactive lymphadenitis. There was no history of insertion of hand in water pools. He used to play with cats.
