Much Later Complications :

  • Small Bowel Obstruction

  • Incisional Hernia

  • Late weight gain up to 15% of cases

AGB related Complications:

  • Port Malposition/ Malfunction

  • Tubing Leaks

  • Band Slippage leading to gastric prolapse

  • Foreign body infection

  • Band erosion into stomach or esophagus
