can we give phenargan, hydroxyzine in Less than 6months child for rashes or cold

it is only 1st generation antihistaminic advisable belove 6 mon.so can be used judiciously if indicated eg.exacerbation of atopic dermrtites

Phenergan or hydroxyzine should not be given to a child younger than 1 years old. I am a {website=ww.doctorsindubai.ae}doctors in dubai{, website}, and for 1 or less than one year old child i never recommend these medicines.
May be given in allergic conditions
