DIAGNOSTIC DILEMMA

Mervat . A 12 years old girl in Egypt presented with skin rash, severe pallor, prolonged fever, oral moniliasis, hypotension, tender splenomegaly and oliguria. Extensive subgaleal hematoma rarely may occur several days after minor head trauma. This case illustrates the need to recognize this entity as well as manage it effectively.
