Last fortnight's query of a 4 ½ years old boy with non-resolving pneumonia and generalized lymphadenopathy. Lymph node biopsy shows granulomatous change. Subsequently he develops a cold abscess that grows aspergillus. Does this child have chronic granulomatous disease? The authors reply that subsequent NBT test in the child was normal.
