Dear Sir, I have a patient with a hemangioma on the ventral aspect of the tongue,he is 19 years old and undergoing sclerotherapy for the same. Is there a possibility of doing any surgery for the same? If so could you suggest where. With warm regards

Surgery is difficult. Embolization is recommended.
