My dear doctors, I have a 9 year old girl with breath holding attakcs mostly at night time about once a week with total recovery after a few minutes, otherwise healthy, Phisical and rutinary paraclinical are normal, ECG normal, the holster did not swowed abnormalities. It looks like breath holding attacks, however she is off the etary group for that pronlem, please assist me in the managemente of this patient. thanks Dr. Barrios from Trinidad and Tobago

Rule out epilepsy. Also is the child is obese? Is yes, obesity induced sleep apnea.
