A 6yrs old female child known case of mild persistent asthma was on budecort inhaler and motilukast. over six months budecort was tapered off and motilukast she is still on and disease free. How long should i continue with monilukast?

Answer
One may consider stopping the drug if she has been disease free for 3-6 months.
