14 year old female present with pallor and tachycardia her present and previous ECG is;

Answer
ECG definitely shows tachycardia for the age with narrow QRS complexes s/o SVT.
Additionally there is a positive QRS in aVL. Hence an echo would be necessary to r/o silent ebstein or corrected TGA.

Some leads show WPW phenomenon , hence a complete ECG with long lead II is essential to r/o WPW syndrome.

Best treatment would be tablets like amiodarone or propranolol under supervision. Considering her age one may have to r/o brugada syndrome i.e RVOT cardiomyopathy which is commonly seen in girls and part of - autoimmunity.
