11yrs male child who has returned back from chennai 4 days back presented with 1 day h/o fever and 2 episodes of gen seizures.after that child has not retained consciosness for last 48 hrs and is delirious with intermittent episodes of severe agitation. fever and seizure has subsided. inv done are all WNL. whats the probable Dx ? any strain from south india? pt is in MP

Answer
Rule out Japanese encephalitis and other viral encephalitis. CSf for viral studies will be essential.
