Dear sir, i would like to know the life expentancy (without surgery)of a case of a case of avsd(ps)/toff.echo report is as under- av canal defect(vsd type) asd+severe ps&is,normal biventriculr function,hypoplastic pulmonary annulus,at present child is having cynosis over feet& hand on crying .oxygen saturation 75 to 80%.if managed without surgery.
