respected sir/mam Why cyanosis in TOF appears late, ie its not present at birth?

Answer
Cyanosis starts coming up with increase in right ventricular obstruction as in infundibular stenosis. Rarely cyanosis may be present from birth due to severe pulmonary stenosis.
