Other differential diagnosis of cystic hyrgoma are Branchial cleft cyst Thyroglossal duct cyst Ranula Goiter Soft tissue tumors Neck abscess Teratomas and other germ cell tumors.
Cystic hyromas are typically soft, painless, compressible (doughy) masses that transilluminate.
