There is a 11 years old girl who came with the complaint of pyrexia of unkown origin, fever of 104oC, pain in abdomen, vomiting,. After treating her for some days no progess in her condition was seen and also all report are normal, Now she is so weak that she cant walk, and did not go to toilet also,Further her doctor repeated all her investigations and in her sonogaphy report presence of mild ascites, query of kochs and aortic lymphadenopathy, splenohepatomegaly was seen. Her ANE report is positive. So tell me how to diagnosis her further?
Answer
Rule out TB, malignancy, autoimmune disorder (SLE, systemic onset JIA) and HIV.
