Pneumonitis esr 25 & 30 smear : mild iron defi, USG :hepatomegaly, ascites cholesterol : 102, B/L pleural effusion sgpt ; 12, ot ;14 protein ; 6.3, alb :3.3, ,renal function ; Normal

What is 24 hours urine albumin? Since the child has high blood pressure and is volume overloaded one should rule out acute glomerulonephritis and nephrotic syndrome. Do C3 and ASLO additionally.
