sir ,what are your experencies with macrolides when they should be preffered in children in primary care practice in children

Answer

Macrolides are useful in treatment of atypical pneumonias such as mycoplasma and chylamydia. They are also useful in treatment of upper respiratory tract infections such as tonsilittis and pharyngitis.
