Should we go every time for Skin sensitivity test before administerating Benzathine Penicillin ? Recently one patient of RHD with MS with MR with AR expired just after Adm Benzathine Penicillin, which has taken it 15 times previosly.Beside anaphylaxis what may be the other cause of death?

Yes, test dose is required prior to every dose of penicillin as anaphylaxis can occur with any dose.
