What is the anti helminthic drug of choice otherthan piperazine citrate in lessthan one year of age?

Answer
Though mebendazole, albendazole are recommended in children above 2 years of age, they have been used in infants in practice routinely.
One must also keep in mind that anti helmentic drugs are usually not needed in infants and only are required when children start walking and putting things in their mouth. It may be indicated especially in children who are having pica.
