Should nimesulide be used as antipyretic? 2.is there any role of ondansetron in motion sickness? 3.should hib vaccine be used alone or should it be used in combination vaccines?which one is rational?is there any harm if hiberix and tritanrix-hb are mixed and used? 4.in dog bite which one is superior hdcv orpcev?
Answer
Though Nimesulide is approved by the drug controller as an antipyretic, there have been reports of fatal hepatic necrosis and hematuria with renal failure in few patients who have taken this drug. Infact,India is one of the 3 countries in the world where nimesulide is available as it has been removed from market in rest of the countries. Ondansteron has no role in motion sickness.
