There have been reports of raised intracranial tension after the use of oral quinolones (Ref: 1. Arch Dis Child 1990 Oct;65(10):1165-1166, 2. Acta Neurol Scand 1993 Jun;87(6):503-4)
This is due to Nalidixic acid found in some quinolone drugs.
