Answer
Romilast and asthma- to be given as per guidelines and step down gradually.
Pedimune is not recommended in treatment of asthma.
Ivermectin is not given in children less than 5 years of age.
Since the child seems to have loose stools with blood, one needs to treat him for dysentery. get a stool examination done to rule out amoebic infection.
