I have seen that pts are in habit of misusing nimesulide.And if the pt is seen after two to three days after receiving b d doses of nimesulide there is periorbital swelling.Can it be some water retention of some nephrotoxicity.I have even seen generalised edema in pts on receiving nimesulide,especially if coprescribed with cefadroxil.
