Dear Collegue, I have a 4 yo female patient with cyclical low grade fevers (every 4 days). CBC is normal and ANA is negative. She does however show an ESR of 52. Infectious causes have been ruled out. Malignancies such as neuroblastoma have also been ruled out. Can make any suggestions?

Rul eout chronic infections such as Tuberculosis, HIV.
