Question
IN case of high fever,otherthan paracetamol and teppid sponging can injection paracetamol be given? ifso what is the dose of Injection paracetamol,route interval etc.?

Answer
Parenteral paracetamol may be given in the dose of 10mg/kg/dose. If fever does not respond to paracetamol, ibuprofen may be added.
