Dear sir, Closely related couple have genetic problem.They have 4 children two male alive &two female died soon after delivery with polyhydraminous.His grandfather had the same story,alot of males but non of the females survived.What are the possible diseases?

Since the males have survived and the females have died, it seems to be an X-linked dominant condition. However, the males seem to be the carrier and so they should also be affected. A karyotype in the males (high resolution banding would be useful)
